Hello,

Do you tighten the speaker screws from time to time. I had done this about two years ago and had to loosen it up a bit as the sound had become a little twitchy.

Thanks
Guil

Maybe I was too tight. The question is does it loosen with vibration?

They should be tightened on average ( especially the screws that tighten on the plastic) without exaggerating.

Thank you Massimo, while doing the tests I have the impression that the midrange and treble loudspeakers must be less tight than the bass. If the treble and mids are tight like the bass, the sound becomes flat, it's striking on the piano, on the other hand it's more precise but perhaps too much.

what do you mean by the screws on the woofer? the screws holding the plastic mask or the woofer clamping nuts that are only visible once the plastic mask is removed? All the screws that grip the plastic must be tightened on average to prevent the plastic from deforming. The woofer tightening nuts (the ones you see if you remove the mask) must be instead tighter.

OK understood. I meant the woofer mask screws, I never removed it so never touched the woofer screws. The mask is therefore only a cover so I imagine that these screws must be tightened in an average way.
