Hello friends,Filippo ha scritto: ↑lun 22 apr 2019, 13:12it may be that the SL1000 have some limitations. but it also depends on many factors upstream, cables, amplifier, CDP, installation .......BUZZ78 ha scritto: ↑lun 22 apr 2019, 11:03Hello, I have the same feeling with the sl1000, the tweeter is well integrated with the medium but the listening shows a lake of aeration and this point is important if you want to reproduce the acoustic of the concert, especially the natural reverberation of room where the record is made. In the other and I have a old 7550 and may be it could explain this feeling...
I would choose cables carefully, if they are all not original Grundig.
I tried to use Grundig’s cables (from a 306 compact) instead my current schwaiger 3210. Grundig cable give a sound a little bit more transparent but sweet, with less rhythm and relief, I’m disappointing by the results. Are you surprised ? May be the problem is outside ? Configuration : cd7550, lt amplifier, sl1000.
Thanks in advance for your advices ...

Hi Massimo, I have cut the original 306 cable, removed the male din connectors and add a female one for the sl1000M.Ambrosini ha scritto: ↑ven 7 giu 2019, 7:53Grundig cable have the point-line connectors to both sides?BUZZ78 ha scritto: ↑ven 7 giu 2019, 7:50

Re: Attive o passive?
Glue shell of female connector to cable.
And after, when the glue is dry, check the correct insertion direction of the 220V plug of amplifier.

When you mentioned "glue shell of connector to cable" do you mean glue both parts of the speaker "plug in" (DIN connector) together, or just the shell of the connector to the cable ? thanks

Thanks... I’m in the good way ! Schwaiger gives somewhere an artificial definition or precision...in reality a lake of micro informations
